Special categories and / or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and / or service is aimed at professional users and therefore does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us at matt.nys@one-consultants.com and we will remove this information.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by ONE CONSULTANTS NV and you have the right to data transferability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organisation mentioned by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to matt.nys@one-consultants.com.
To ensure that such request has been made by you and not someone impersonating you, we request that you send a copy with your proof of identity attached to the request. In this copy, make sure to blur your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the proof of identity), identity card number and national register number, or make it unreadable in another way. This is again to protect your privacy in accordance with GDPR. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within thirty days.
How we protect personal data
ONE CONSULTANTS NV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes.
To the best of our abilities, the computers and internet connections on which your personal data are stored and transported are protected against hacking, installing malware and other improper use. The computers and the network can only be accessed with a username and password and two-factor authentication to ensure authorised use.
Anyone who can view or know your personal data on behalf of ONE Consultants NV, is bound by the confidentiality of that information.
All employees of ONE Consultants NV and its 100% owned subsidiary, ONE Consultants BV - with address Duwboot 89 - 3991 CG Houten, The Netherlands - have been informed about the importance of the protection of personal data and privacy, and, adhere to ONE Consultants' employee code of conduct, and, are bound by all Non Disclosure Agreements and Data Privacy agreements that ONE Consultants NV and its subsidiary have engaged in with its partners and customers.
